Step 1: Consultation & Scheduling

Step 2: Clinical Interview
A comprehensive interview is completed to understand your history, experiences, and the circumstances related to your immigration case. -
Step 3: Psychological Assessment
When appropriate, standardized psychological measures may be used to support clinical findings. -
Step 4: Report Preparation
A detailed psychological evaluation report is prepared based on the information gathered during the evaluation. -
Step 5: Report Delivery
Your completed report is provided within the agreed timeline.

Approximately 2 hours of interviews
Attorney consultation (with written authorization)
10–15 page psychological evaluation report
Standard timeline: 7–10 business days
Rush service: 2–3 business days (+$400 when available)

About the Evaluator
Tara Steinke, LMFT #137738 is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist independently licensed in the state of California (LMFT #137738). I have been practicing psychotherapy since obtaining my Master of Clinical Psychology degree in 2020 from Antioch University (Los Angeles). I have provided psychological evaluations, assessments and therapy for hundreds of individuals struggling with a wide range of psychiatric disorders.
I have provided pro bono asylum evaluations through Public Counsel in Los Angeles and completed specialized training through Physicians for Human Rights and Georgia King, LCSW.
