Therapy for Entertainment Industry Professionals

Working in film, television, or talent representation is exhilarating—but the constant pressure, "always-on" culture, and high stakes can take a toll. Whether you are navigating the studio system, a high-volume desk, or the creative suite, you deserve a space where you don't have to explain the "biz" before you can start the work.

I spent eight years working at a Big 3 agency ( e.g. UTA, CAA, WME) where I got my start working in the mailroom to making my way up the ranks before transitioning into clinical practice. I understand the nuances of the agency system, the intensity working within the industry, and the specific stressors of talent representation, live music and film & TV production.

I provide specialized therapy for entertainment professionals in Los Angeles who are dealing with:

  • High-Functioning Anxiety: Managing a high-performance life while feeling a constant undercurrent of stress.

  • Burnout & Exhaustion: Moving beyond "grind culture" to find a sustainable way to work.

  • Imposter Syndrome: Owning your seat at the table without the fear of being "found out."

  • Relationship Strain: Repairing the disconnect that long hours and travel can cause with partners and family.

Who I Support
My practice is designed for those who work in the fast-paced hubs of Century City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Burbank. I work with:

  • Agents & Managers: Navigating the unique pressure of representation and high-volume desks.

  • Executives & Creative Leads: Balancing corporate expectations with creative vision.

  • Assistants & Coordinators (PAs/EAs): Managing the steep climb and high-stress entry points of the industry.

Whether you are at a major agency (like WME, CAA, or UTA), a studio, or an independent production house, my approach is tailored to your professional reality.
